THE REASON FOR THIS IS SO THAT WE ARE IN A POSITION TO REACT QUICKLY IF A CUSTOMER HAS ANY SORT OF ISSUE OR PROBLEM WITH EQUIPMENT THAT THEY HAVE HIRED. WHILST ALL EQUIPMENT IS MAINTAINED ON RETURN FROM HIRE OCCASIONALLY THINGS DO STOP WORKING OUTSIDE OF OUR CONTROL ***
